Graduation and Beyond

Yes it was but four short days ago that I graduated and yet the real world is coming faster than ever expected. I realized on Monday while at the dentist filling out forms that indeed I was closer to the real world than ever before. The simple question of Occupation left me confused, student was the initial instinct and then I thought for a moment and said not anymore. Now I am a camp counselor for the summer and lay assistant starting in August.

When one becomes an ALUMNI then the comfort bubble that you once called home is no more. Rather the REAL WORLD is there. So as I continue to pack my stuff to move from where I have called home,1531 W. State St., for the past two years I am excited for the possibilities that lay ahead but yet unsure of what the future holds. In search of a New Balance in life.
